Reporting to directly to CMD.  Overall control on accounts & fund management and reporting for business units  Preparation of periodic MIS, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements of account.  Preparation of monthly and weekly budget of the company, and cash budget, performing financial analysis including ageing, and variance analysis.  Monitoring work in warehouse and monthly reconciliation with accounts and w/h record, Stock taking at the end of the financial year with statutory and internal auditors, Reporting deficiencies to concerned.  Compliances of Statutory returns / payment within due date as per income tax act and sales tax authorities

 All branch Accounting and financial activity.  Daily sales verification Outstanding follow up, daily stock verification, weekly physical stock verification, Daily Prepare sales Report, Maintain stock register  Filling of Sales Tax Return and TDS Return, Prepare MIS Report, P & L A/c, Maintain Fix Assets Register, Bank reconciliation, E-Payment of tax and tax deducting of Employee and also prepare of Form 16 and 16A.

 All type of statutory work like TDS return, Vat Return of all Regional Offices.  Prepare Tax Audit Report, Maintain Fix Assets Register, E-Payment of All tax and tax deducting of Employee and also prepare of Form 16 and 16A.  Maintain Stock Register, Monthly Prepare MIS Report, Bank reconciliation.
